WHAT’S IT ABOUT?
Are you in need of a breakthrough? Perhaps you feel as if your life has hit a wall. Perhaps you are walking through a season that feels utterly ruined and without hope. Perhaps you are watching the life of someone you love spiral out of control.
When the world is cruel and our lives fall apart, what do we do? Plus, where is God?! Is he still working? Has he left?
In this five-session series, we will walk through the history of two women – Naomi and Ruth – in order to glean God’s truths of redemption in the midst of our heartache.
This Bible Study is our current series on the Patreon app! There is no prep or prior knowledge needed for this small group, but you can dive into deeper study between sessions by getting the free study HERE or downloading the printable HERE!
Slated for Grace Small Groups are in-person groups for women that range from really small (2-3 people) to mid-sized (20ish). Here are the most important things you need to know:
- They are seasonal. Each group runs anywhere from 3ish to 8ish weeks, depending on the study. This way, women can come and go as they are able. You’re never tied to a group for too long in case you are suddenly bombarded with family stuff, kid stuff, job stuff, extracurricular stuff, etc. (We’re women. We have a lot of ‘stuff’.)
- They are always open. No matter how full a group gets, there will always be room for you. We’ll make sure of it; which means your friend, family member, neighbor, or loved one is always invited to join us!
- They are flexible. Any woman can join a group at any time. Most of the lessons are designed in a way that keeps a woman from feeling like they’ve ‘missed out,’ even if they show up on week 6 of a 6-week study!
As you make friendships in your small group experiences, you will begin to know one another more and more, perhaps participating together in other groups, events, and/or on the Patreon app discussions. The goal is to find other women to connect with… have coffee with… go on a walk with… “do life together” in some way… and be able to reach out to when life gets hard.
