Slated for Grace Small Groups are in-person groups for women that range from really small (2-3 people) to mid-sized (20ish). Here are the most important things you need to know:
- They are seasonal. Each group runs anywhere from 4ish to 10ish weeks, depending on the study. This way, women can come and go as they are able. You’re never tied to a group for too long in case you are suddenly bombarded with family stuff, kid stuff, job stuff, extracurricular stuff, etc. (We’re women. We have a lot of ‘stuff’.)
- They are always open. No matter how full a group gets, there will always be room for you. We’ll make sure of it; which means your friend, family member, neighbor, or loved one is always invited to join us!
- They are flexible. Any woman can join a group at any time. Most of the lessons are designed in a way that keeps a woman from feeling like they’ve ‘missed out’, even if they show up on week 6 of a 6-week study!
As you make friendships in your small group experiences, you will begin to know one another more and more, perhaps participating together in other groups, events, and/or on the Patreon app discussions. The goal is to find other women to connect with… have coffee with… go on a walk with… “do life together” in some way… and be able to reach out to when life gets hard.

TOWERS: A Study in Humility
When/Where: Mondays, 9 to 10 am @ Seed Coffee Co. (2558 Sutherland Ave.)
*This small group runs Monday, January 20th through Monday, February 24th.
The Bible calls us to be “humble,” but what does that really mean? What does humility actually look like in the real world? This small group dives into the stories of numerous historical figures like Nebuchadnezzar, David, Naaman, and John the Baptist… as we seek to understand humility in a whole new way and imitate the person who ultimately emulated humility on this earth – Jesus. *Walk through this study in more depth by joining Slated for Grace on the Patreon app for free! Find it HERE.
No prep. No homework. No prior knowledge required. All you need is yourself and a Bible or Bible app. You will never be asked to read or pray aloud. Invite a friend!

The F Words: Breaking the Chains of Fear, Failure, & Feeling Forsaken
When/Where: Wednesdays, Noon to 1 pm @ The Empty Cup Coffeehouse (9111 Executive Park Blvd.)
*This small group runs Wednesday, February 12th through Wednesday, February 26th.
Did you know there’s more than one “F” word? Yup… There are several. Fear. Failure. Feeling Forsaken... just to name a few. These “F” words can wreak havoc on your mind, heart, and soul. Join us as we dive into the history of Simon Peter throughout the Gospels and the book of Acts. These “F” words may bind us, but there is a way to break free! *Walk through this study in more depth by joining Slated for Grace on the Patreon app for free! Find it HERE.

Captured: Following Jesus by Taking Hold of Our Thoughts
When/Where: Thursdays, Noon to 1 pm @ The Empty Cup Coffeehouse (9111 Executive Park Blvd.)
*This small group runs Thursday, February 13th through Thursday, February 27th.
Did you know you’re living an entire life no one else can see? Yup, it’s the life happening in your mind. No doubt, our “thought life” can get away from us. We can spiral. We can dwell. We can grow bitterness or deceit. Indeed, our minds can take us down paths we were never intended to go!
How do we take control of our minds, so that we can better love God, love others, and love ourselves? Join us as we seek to “…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5). *Walk through this study in more depth by joining Slated for Grace on the Patreon app for free!
