Slated for Grace Small Groups are in-person groups for women that range from really small (2-3 people) to mid-sized (20ish). Here are the most important things you need to know:
- They are seasonal. Each group runs anywhere from 3ish to 8ish weeks, depending on the study. This way, women can come and go as they are able. You’re never tied to a group for too long in case you are suddenly bombarded with family stuff, kid stuff, job stuff, extracurricular stuff, etc. (We’re women. We have a lot of ‘stuff’.)
- They are always open. No matter how full a group gets, there will always be room for you. We’ll make sure of it; which means your friend, family member, neighbor, or loved one is always invited to join us!
- They are flexible. Any woman can join a group at any time. Most of the lessons are designed in a way that keeps a woman from feeling like they’ve ‘missed out,’ even if they show up on week 6 of a 6-week study!
As you make friendships in your small group experiences, you will begin to know one another more and more, perhaps participating together in other groups, events, and/or on the Patreon app discussions. The goal is to find other women to connect with… have coffee with… go on a walk with… “do life together” in some way… and be able to reach out to when life gets hard.

Unafraid: Biblical Women Who Faced Their Fears & Made History
WHEN & WHERE? Wednesdays, Noon-1:00 pm @ The Empty Cup Coffeehouse (9111 Executive Park Drive 37923)
January 14th – February 18th (Six Wednesdays)
WHAT’S IT ABOUT? “Do not be afraid.” It’s a command the Lord gives countless times throughout our scriptures; and yet, this can feel impossible. Life is SO full of fear.
Each week we will walk through the stories of numerous biblical women who demonstrated incredible courage in the midst of their fears. Were these women AFRAID in their circumstances? Certainly so! Yet, they didn’t allow their fears to dictate their futures; and, no doubt, the Lord used their “guts” to make history.
Some of these women might be familiar, like Esther or Abigail. Many of these women we often skim over, like Zipporah or Jael, but their stories are powerful and empowering in our own walks of life (as wild as they might be)!
This Bible Study is our current series on the Patreon app! There is no prep or prior knowledge needed for this small group, but you can dive into deeper study between sessions by getting the free study HERE!

The F Words: Breaking the Chains of Fear, Failure, & Feeling Forsaken
WHEN & WHERE? Fridays, 1:00-2:00 pm @ Sparrow Wine Bar (141 West End Ave. 37934)
January 16th – January 30th (Three Fridays)
WHAT’S IT ABOUT? What if the “F-word” we most often think of isn’t actually the worst one?! There are far greater “F words” wreaking havoc on our minds, hearts, and souls. Each week we will dive into the life of Simon Peter, a faithful disciple of Jesus who wrestled with fear, failure, and feeling forsaken; and yet, over the course of his journey with Jesus, we will watch him be transformed. (That transformation wasn’t just for him. It’s for you and me, too, friend.)
